Developing skills through a creative challenge

Empowering teams to be more creative and innovative can only be achieved through a process of artistic challenge and risk. At filbert arts we have tailored our skills development programme so that we can offer three levels of creative challenge.

Each programme is led by Paul Priestley acting as either one of the great artists, Pablo Picasso, Andy Warhol or Salvador Dali.

The Pablo Picasso programme

The Pablo Picasso programme offers the lowest level of challenge and is the easiest of our three options. The ethos of the course mirrors his artistic profile with an event structure which is highly entertaining. You will discover through looking at Picasso’s artistic techniques, how he thinks about creativity and the learning outcomes reflect this. The learning skills are uncomplicated and applying skills are easy to follow.

The Andy Warhol programme

The Andy Warhol programme is a more progressive in terms of challenge and involves a greater level of lateral thinking on the part of the participants. In this programme you will explore the artistic profile of the artist with an event structure that involves learning some printing techniques. The learning skills processes and applying skills are more demanding, with the learning outcomes reflecting a more progressive programme aimed at improving team skills.

The Salvador Dali programme

The Salvador Dali programme is the most challenging as you would expect from such a surreal  artist and can be seen by examining this artist's artistic profile. The event structure is demanding with learning skills and applying skills that challenge your creative boundaries, but it is rewarding. The learning outcomes reflect a programme geared for those who really want to be inspired.
