Portraits

Clients will draw a colleague's face from different viewpoints.
They will adapt their drawing into a Picasso type portrait.
Wearing their berets and convinced they are Picasso, they will create their pictures using acrylic paint.
Clients will be judged by their colleagues using defined criteria; the best three individuals will be awarded the filbert arts Prize.

Group Paintings

Clients will discuss strategies for scaling and drawing sections of the image on to separate canvases reading for painting
They use skills learnt from Picasso's demonstrations to work together on the creation of a large painting.
