Each creative event is determined by the choice of lead artist and is intended to give insights into the chosen artist’s creativity and motivations
The lead artist acts as a positive role model in terms of learning, creativity and character development.
Our skills development proposition is that by understanding and empathising with the artist’s creativity and motivations and re-enacting his creative processes, the client will learn to develop his own creativity in a similar way.
This learning process is one of empowerment where through the practical processes of the day, creative thinking is enhanced, self confidence improved and team skills sharpened.
