The lead artist acts as a positive role model in terms of learning, creativity, team building and character development.
Our skills development proposition is that by understanding and empathising with the artist’s creativity and motivations, re-enacting his creative processes and understanding how they achieved success, the client will learn to develop his own creativity and developmental strategies in a similar way.
This learning process is one of empowerment where through the practical processes of the day, creative thinking is enhanced, self confidence improved and team skills sharpened.
